Primary Matters announces VAR Agreement with SAIC
La Jolla, CA / Tiburon, CA October 29, 2002 -Primary Matters, Inc., a software product and services company whose products support budget and resource planning, total cost of ownership, return on investment analysis, scenario analysis and activity-based costing, today announced a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a Fortune 500 company and the largest employee-owned research and engineering firm in the nation.
According to the terms of the agreement, SAIC can integrate the skills of its consulting staff with Primary Matters’ product, The Primary Matters Contact Center Guide® and add value to SAIC’s consulting projects in contact centers, IT assessments, process improvement, enterprise strategy, organizational change, and project management.
