Monitor Metrics with the Newest Version of The Primary Matters Guide®

Tiburon, CA   November 30, 2004. Primary Matters, Inc., pioneers in the revolution of activity-based analysis, announces the release of Version 1.4.1 of their flagship product, The Primary Matters Guide® .   The biggest advantage, included in this upgrade to The Guide™, is the ability to monitor monthly metrics on the cost and definition of the work processes in an organization.

The Guide, which is an activity-based planning, budgeting, and business impact analysis tool, now allows companies to set a goal, reveal what is needed to achieve that goal, and monitor the progress on a month-by-month basis over a three-year projection period.   The Guide provides reports showing users if they are off-course, allowing them to get back on the right track to ensure success .

Users first create a baseline reflecting their current operating environment.
